Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to further develop and broaden their marketing skills, while learning and gaining more insights about Stockland’s marketing team.

About the role
Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and working with a dedicated team, you will support the implementation and execution of marketing, campaigns and events for Glendale and Forster. This high touch customer facing role works closely with retailers and local community and is pivotal in ensuring Centre marketing outcomes are delivered and achieved.

This is a full-time permanent role based at our Glendale site with hybrid working model with working from our Forster site once every fortnight and during key centre experiences at activations to deliver the ultimate customer experience.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • The successful implementation of local area marketing campaigns and events
  • Engaging with local retailers, groups, and committees to ensure the sponsorship and participation opportunities are identified and integrating these into key marketing campaigns
  • Contributing to the integration of CR&S initiatives and relationships through marketing mix and program
  • Implementing community relations programs, events, and sponsorships
  • Content creation across social and digital channels
  • Driving the presentation of the centre including visual merchandising, hoarding and signage

About You
  • Previous experience in marketing and communication.
  • possess marketing knowledge and expertise gained through a formal qualification and ideally have worked within shopping centres or retail industries.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with an ability to manage and communicate with the internal stakeholders.
  • Someone confident, creative, willing to assist, learn and support the team!
