The Opportunity:

Join our Komatsu team as a Customer Fleet Support Manager, supporting our customer BHPIO with the fleet health for their Komatsu equipment.

In this customer facing role you will be the go to expert providing technical assistance for the maintenance teams, and supporting the customer to resolve issues and optimise performance through effective inspections, reporting and analysis.

You will be the conduit between the Customer and Komatsu Service, Technical Support & Parts teams.

Building strong business relationships and rapport with site management and maintenance teams is vital to meet the operational standards set by Komatsu.

This opportunity requires Komatsu heavy mobile equipment experience, excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, and a background in developing strong business relationships.

Roster: 8:6 day shift only, FIFO ex Perth

What we are looking for:

  • Relevant Trade or Engineering qualification
  • Experience working with heavy mobile equipment
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability with sound diagnostic skills on Komatsu equipment
  • Proven experience within a similar site support role
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with customers and provide a professional service
  • Safety first mindset for yourself and others
  • Strong computer and reporting skills including windows programs
