Our client is working as part of one of Australia's leading Telecommunication providers. They are currently looking out for a Customer Insights Analyst to work alongside their Marketing and Sales division. This role is integral to the teams understanding the customer trends and being able to better cater to the market and bettering the overall customer experience.
About the role
You would be involved in:
- Translate raw data into visualisation for stakeholders to understand
- Support on all activity and aid in triaging of tasks to all parts of the DNA team
- Monitor and report sales, activation and churn activities regularly and investigate any abnormalities
- Own and manage the pipeline of work from Retail Sales to ensure delivery within agreed timeframe
- Develop automated reports with key business indicators to provide continuous insights for business decisions
- Identify opportunities for new and innovative approaches to common and new problems, whether this be new techniques or new technology. This role must have a voice at the table when it comes to innovation
- Enable the digital team to improve the efficiency of marketing and the effectiveness of digital channels
- Pro-actively drive insights and recommendations for conversion rate optimisation, sales, and customer experience
- Extensive experience in Data Analytics, particularly in an organisation that has a subscription customer base and digital marketing optimisation
- Strong Stakeholder management, being able to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve high quality deliverables driven by data
- An analytical mindset with the ability to effectively interpret the business problem by extracting data
- Advanced in the following - SQL querying, reporting and dashboard experience (Tableau, Power BI or similar) and MS Office Excel, word and Powerpoint.
- Workflow-driven analytics experience (Alteryx or similar) or coding
