Visit our website or Youtube channel to learn more.The RoleThe Customer Insights Manager is accountable for the design and delivery of the customer research program, providing actionable insights to support the achievement of business objectives and exceptional customer experiences.Some of the things you’ll work on include:Partner with management and key teams providing research data as a tool for strategic planning Develop and maintain a market research solution that provides the business with actionable insights and segmentation dataIntegrate Customer Insights across the wider business with the goal of enabling research accessibility, elevating collective knowledge, and promoting a customer centric culture. Manage the planning, development and delivery of key analytics programs from the conceptual stage through to execution and collation of results to drive business outcomes Key AccountabilitiesThere are transferable skills that can lead to success in this role so even if you don’t think you’re the perfect fit, we still want you to apply. Tasmania is a place you can really thrive, no matter at what stage of your career you are at.The DetailsThis is a full-time, maximum term position ( available until April 2025 ) providing an opportunity to work on exciting projects that are critical in supporting our corporate and customer strategy.The role can be based at any of our primary sites, in Moonah, Launceston, or Devonport, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.
