The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Manager Key Accounts to lead the Commercial customers, including retention and uncovering opportunities for growth. You will be the voice of the customer in our business, with the ability to work across different business units to bring the best of QBE to customers programs, by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, internal and external stakeholders.
How will I help?
A day in the role may look a bit like this;
Contribute to the development of the team’s strategy for customers and assist in the delivery of those plans
Measure, monitor and track the resolution of customer issues
Represent the customer in key projects or changes as required and partner with other specialist teams
Scope, develop, implement and deliver plans, targets and strategies as per agreed timeframes
Initiate, facilitate and capitalise on change and innovations, such as new technologies, risk initiatives, and customer relationship management processes and tools
Ensure all personal accreditation levels & compliance requirements are adhered to by the team.
Demonstrate knowledge of appropriate legislation, industry codes and company policies
Collaborate closely with underwriting, claims and other teams to facilitate delivery of customer strategy
Collate market and competitor intelligence and feed into team strategy and plans
What do I need?
To be successful you will have a broad knowledge of insurance sales and business development function. You will also have…
5 years experience within customer service/sales environment
Customer service and relationship building skills
Strong management, leadership and governance skills
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communicator with strong facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills
