We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relations Consultant at our Perth Head Office on a Permanent Full-Time basis.


About this role


As the Customer Relations Consultant you will be required to be responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of customers which include major (end-user) customers, the land development industry, local government, and customer representative bodies, and improving the service they receive from Western Power. The position will also support the development of new unregulated revenue opportunities within the customer portfolio.



About you


We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:


  • Tertiary qualifications in a Business-related discipline
  • Sound knowledge and experience managing a portfolio of customers/stakeholders and the ability to resolve day to day issues while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Consultative selling within a specific customer portfolio
  • Ability to understand and navigate complex policies (Acts, Codes, Regulations) to mitigate business risks and protect corporate reputation
  • Highly motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Sound judgement skills and an appreciation of corporate obligations and risks associated with them
