We have created a new role for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our Wollongong team! Whilst focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers and the market, this role will see you responding to inbound sales calls and counter sales requirements to meet internal and external customer needs in the pursuit of effective customer service..

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Managing sales enquiries within our branch face to face, over the phone and via email
- Build engaging relationships with our customers at every interaction
- Process customer orders, filing and manage the end-to-end customer interaction
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Providing product-based information and cross-selling products where required
To be successful, you will have:
- Sales and customer service experience via face to face, email and phone is mandatory
- Outstanding oral and written communication with a proactive approach
- Comprehensive computer experience specifically Microsoft Suite (Excel and Word a must)
- Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and focus on completion of allocated tasks
- Strong time management skills, with a solutions focused approach to problem solving
- Experience with industrial products such as lifting and rigging, trade products is preferred
- An active focus and promoting of all things safety within the branch and store
