About You
This is an exciting and varied role and requires the expertise of someone who has experience in rostering, front-house reception and exceptional customer service. You will be able to multi-task and juggle administration duties such as banking, drafting written communications, preparing reports and making sure all relevant information at the site is managed. Ideally experience in a similar role or medical administration will be highly advantageous and excellent presentation is required.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a administration role
- Solid computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Rostering experience would be ideal
- Able to multi-task, juggle a busy phone and desk
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and organisational skills
- A general understanding and social awareness of the Aged Care industry and the challenges that the sector faces will be valuable, alongside a compassionate nature and an empathetic approach
