We are currently seeking a passionate and self-motivated Customer Service Office Administrator to join our leading Australian FMCG client who has a long-standing reputation for quality products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing orders, liaising with customers, generating reports, and completing various administrative tasks. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG/food industry, and with JDE system proficiency is highly beneficial. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Providing first class customer service through phone and email correspondence
- Ensuring that all outgoing orders are processed accurately.
- Liaise with customers on inventory, order generation, invoicing, and delivery schedules.
- Build strong relationships with customers, Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure delivery expectations are met.
- Generate regular reports, prioritise competing deadlines.
- Carry out various administrative tasks to support the entire operation.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG/Food industry, and with JDE system proficiency (ideal but not essential)
Additionally, you will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, organisational and time management skills, and the ability to work proactively and in a team environment.
Proficiency in Excel & Outlook (basic to intermediate level) is required, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight timelines is essential.
