AddressPERSOLKELLY is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service/Administrator with exceptional communications skills and ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers to join a successful and creative textiles company.
We have the opportunity to offer a full time permanent contract for 12 months to join the Brisbane office. You will be responsible for liaising between customers, warehousing and sales staff as well as co-ordinating sales support processes and support activities to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
With a high degree of professionalism and a sharp eye for detail, you will also be attending to daily administrative duties to assist the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the Brisbane operations.
Role responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, and receive and process faxes and emails.
- Support internal sales teams by processing orders, resolving issues, and following up queries.
- Process requests for cuttings, samples and hangers.
- Liaise with Warehouse, Imports and Accounts teams
- Investigate, resolve and contact customers experiencing delays or issues with local deliveries.
- Daily administration including filing, after call work, completing surveys, and maintaining a tidy and safe environment.
A successful candidate will have
- 2-4 years' experience in customer service role.
- Customer focused individual who builds strong rapport with others.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Superior organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent PC skills and proficient use of the MS Office Suite.
