Customer Service Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Administrator with an eye for detail, great Data entry skills and Customer Service to join our Company located in Forrestdale.
You will be responsible for:
- Responding to internal and external enquiries via email and phone
- Provide customers with information relating to quotes/jobs
- Data entry
- Invoicing
- Manage Company Maintenance Register
- Scheduling
- Provide cover to other Customer Service Administrators as needed
- Perform general administration tasks as required by the General Manager
The successful candidate MUST have:
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- At least 1-2 years in a Customer Service/ Administration
- Basic Excel knowledge is a MUST
- Strong attention to detail
- Be pro-active & forward thinker
- Excellent team player
- C Class Drivers Licence
- Must be a good learner/good at taking direction

We are looking for someone who is friendly, happy, hardworking and thrives in a fast-paced environment and a strong ability to work well within a team.
Hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
The Role would suit someone who has basic knowledge and experience in administration or is studying/finished Cert III/IV in Business Administration, a fast learner and is willing to go the extra mile.
