Part Time Limited Tenure
Your role:
This is a hybrid position allowing for the opportunity to work from home and once per week at our Collingwood office on a Wednesday. Training will also provided face to face at Collingwood in the first 2 weeks.
Working to deliver a customer focused inbound phone service providing tailored energy affordability assistance to vulnerable Victorians who are struggling to pay their energy bills and help them combat the rising cost of living.
The skills you will use day to day:
Help support at risk clients to understand and address billing errors and enter into hardship programs
Help clients find, compare and switch energy offers
Help clients apply for grants and concessions
Provide energy conservation advice
Provide referrals to other services based on the individual needs of clients
Provide phone and email support to members of the community
Any additional languages would be useful in the context of this role
Customer service skills
Flexibility to work on a rotating roster covering the operating hours of 8am to 7pm
Experience in call centres would be an advantage
What makes this such a great role for you:
You get a salary starting at around $65,000 plus super at full time, pro rata salary.
Part time 3 or 4 days per week available.
Shift work in the evenings will be required.
Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card.
SCHCADS award level 3
Work from home and in community. A reliable internet connection and an appropriate work space is required for any work from home hours.
