At TSA Group, we’ve been providing customer experience solutions to some of Australia’s biggest brands for 25 years, managing their contact centre operations.
Your role will start within our Brisbane CBD office, where you will be trained by our experienced team, who will teach you everything you need to know! You will be up-skilled in multiple systems, communication techniques and other learning materials to conduct your role confidently.
From there, you will answer inbound calls where you will handle customer enquiries, represent, promote and sell a wide range of Telstra products and services.
Our operating hours rotate between 7am - 7pm between Monday - Friday, working 7.6 hr shifts.
