AddressCarrington Cellars and Deli - a unique liquor and gourmet food providore housed in Katoomba’s former power station - is looking for a passionate, gourmet food-loving people-person to join our small team.
As part of The Carrington Hotel, our bespoke bottle shop and deli offers a range of fine wine, liquor, craft beer and spirits to charcuterie, cheeses, sweets and gourmet hampers. This role would Ideally suit someone with a background in gourmet food or a chef looking for a career change.
To be considered for this role you will:
* Have a valid NSW RSA
* Have Deli experience ideally with a chef’s background or as a gourmet food sales representative.
* Have Customer Service experience in a retail environment.
* Love meeting new people and assisting with customer enquiries.
* Work well in a team environment and display strong leadership qualities.
* Have a professional approach to all tasks with a can-do attitude.
* Be creative and love learning about the products offered.
* Be available to work a mix of shifts including weekends and public holidays as required.
Carrington Cellars and Deli is open 7 days between 10am – 6:30pm. This will be a casual role (approx. 25 to 30 hours per week) with consistent shifts and flexible working arrangements offered to the right candidate.
