Customer Service Consultant

SMAART Recruitment has partnered once again with one of Australia's leading providers of Travel Insurance. Now that more and more of us are travelling, demand is going through the roof.

Because of this growth, we now seek the service of 2 Customer Service Consultants to join the rapidly expanding team in the heart of Sydney CBD.

As a Customer Service Consultant you will manage 3 points of contact:

• Inbound Calls
• Email enquires
• Live chat

Your role is to offer the best possible service and find the customer the package that best suits their needs. No pushy sales here.

Training will be 2-4 weeks and will be held in the Sydney CBD office. Post training this will be a Hybrid position that offers flexibility to work from home 1 or 2 days a week.

What we are looking for:

• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Previous travel, insurance and call centre experience would be ideal but not necessary to apply
• Previous systems experience and proficient in MS suite
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi task

About the position:

• Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm (hours may extend in future)
• Salary: $65,000 + Super + Bonus 
• Full product and systems training
