Because of this growth, we now seek the service of 2 Customer Service Consultants to join the rapidly expanding team in the heart of Sydney CBD.
As a Customer Service Consultant you will manage 3 points of contact:
- Inbound Calls
- Email enquires
- Live chat
Training will be 2-4 weeks and will be held in the Sydney CBD office. Post training this will be a Hybrid position that offers flexibility to work from home 1 or 2 days a week.
What we are looking for:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Previous travel, insurance and call centre experience would be ideal but not necessary to apply
- Previous systems experience and proficient in MS suite
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi task
- Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm (hours may extend in future)
- Salary: $65,000 + Super + Bonus
