Looking for a self-driven outbound tele sales professional to join this high performing team in booking service calls with existing customers. The Role Our client is a worldwide Manufacturer of highly engineered products such as compressors, pumps, and fluid transfer products for a multitude of industrial users.
They have developed a strong reputation as an employer of choice and the success continues. Now seeking a professional, experienced, and proactive Aftermarket Service Coordinator to join a high performing team.
This role is a casual ongoing role 8:30am to 4:45pm Mon-Fri. You will be busy taking care of a large database along with the other Aftermarket Service Coordinators to ensure current clientele are up to date with all scheduled and preventative maintenance equipment services. Additionally, you will work with and schedule technicians for regular maintenance and servicing checks. You will also be responsible for, following up of Sales Orders and raising Invoices along with other Ad hoc Administration duties as required.
The successful candidate will ideally be:
Strong skills in organising and Planning
Willingness to pick up the phone and make calls
Have a good understanding of Word and Excel with good keyboard skills
Great with Customer Service and be able to demonstrate their Experience
Excellent with their communication skills,
Strong in administration skills
Experienced with SAP
Be Proactive not Reactive Experience in upselling, cross selling, telemarketing with a focus on sales & customer service will be highly regarded.
