Our client is a large company, with products designed to solve common noise and vibration problems found in industries such as construction, transport and residential environments.
In this Customer Service Consultant role, you will be joining the team located in Girraween. The Customer Service Consultant will be required to report to the Customer Service Manager, whilst looking after local customers and orders.
This role is based in Girraween, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with enquiries via phone, and email
Processing local orders
Liaise directly with production team, and warehouse staff
Provide exceptional customer service
Raising branch transfers
To be successful, you will need:
Previous experience in a customer service role.
Intermediate to Advanced experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to engage clients and build rapport, resulting in long term business relationships
Have a positive, professional phone manner, excellent communication skill
Be highly organised with exceptional time management skills
