Jewellery Industry

The Role:

You will be joining a successful team where you will be given the opportunity to:

  • Be exceptionally helpful and confident on the phone – our clients need to hear a professional person who knows their product and wants to solve problems and find solutions
  • Process our customers' orders –  accurately and efficiently
  • Generate and provide quotes
  • Have an eye for the details and excel in quality control
  • Generate invoices, order reconciliation and preparing orders for delivery and freighting
  • Help out the Team with whatever it takes to get the job done and make the customer experience one that makes them smile and want to sing your praises!

Experience Required:

Our Customer Service Consultants are a critical part of what we do; you are often the first point of contact for our clients, so at least 2 years' experience preferably from a customer service based position possibly in retail, hospitality or a call centre will be necessary.

  • Can you juggle?  You will need to manage changing work flow requirements
  • And of course, that you are personable, caring, supportive and friendly on the phone.  Our customers can't see you, so they will form their opinion on the experience based on how you sound and communicate!

Hours of work are provided on rostered basis to cover the extended service to our Retail customers. Successful candidates will be required to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm.

The successful candidate will be employed on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Successful applicants will also be required to undertake a Police Clearance on commencement of their employment.
