An exciting opportunity has become available for Customer Service Consultant to join a purpose-driven organisation that provides the very best teaching resources in Australia and New Zealand. They have been doing this since 1956 and are on a high growth trajectory with plans to double in size over the coming years.
Based in Brookvale (Northern Beaches), you will ensure the company meets a high level of customer satisfaction by following up and resolving any queries received via their contact centre helping service all customers to a high standard and increasing customer satisfaction.

About the role
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:
Customer Service role responding to inbound customer queries received via email
Actioning and following through on any enquiries received
Gathering information; advise customers of prices, goods delivery and processing times
Liaising with the logistics team with regard to stock and delivery times
Liaising with sales reps and account managers
Processing cash and Eftpos sales
Organising credits, returns, and replacements
Providing quality service with every interaction
Responding to, on average 50 queries per shift
Reviewing and following up on customer survey responses as required
Providing support to our call centre team as required by taking inbound call enquiries
Providing quality service with every interaction
To be successful, you will possess the following:
Your experience within admin/reception/customer service/retail would be very beneficial for the role
You have a true passion for customer service
You have a keen eye for detail
You can follow set processes and have the initiative to think outside the box.
You are enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude person
You are organised and have the desire to learn new skills
You thrive in a team environment and can also work autonomously when required
A previous experience in Salesforce is an advantage but not a must
