The Role

Insignia Financial are growing our team of Customer Service Consultants to join us on 5th February 2023. Our contact centre operates from 8am – 8pm (AEDST) Monday to Friday (with no weekends) and you'll work a rotational roster through those times. With a salary package of $66,000 inclusive of super, this role is a great entry point into the exciting financial services industry. You’ll be providing a high level of service to our existing clients via phone, email and web-based chat in our inbound contact centre. It’s a hybrid role, so a mix of working from both home and the office.

 

Full paid training starting on 5th February will be provided, to ensure that you can hit the ground running, no financial services or contact centre experience? If you are selected to move through the recruitment process, you’ll need to be available to attend one of our 1.5-hour online assessment centres which will be held on the following dates and times.

  • Monday 28th November 11.30am - 1pm (AEDST)
  • Tuesday 29th November 11.30am - 1pm (AEDST)
  • Wednesday 30th November 11.30am - 1pm (AEDST)
