Your ability to multitask will be vital as you will engage with customers and other business departments by phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and enquiry to the Bridgestone Experience Hub
- Maintain accurate customer correspondence files and related documents so a complete history is always accessible
- Provide customers with order confirmations, available lead times and prices upon requests
- Process product returns
- Deliver effective communication between internal departments to effectively respond to customer enquiries of all nature
- Ad-hoc administration and overflow support to other experience hub areas as required.
The hours of work will be on a rotating roster Monday to Saturday.
Monday through Friday shifts will be between 6:30am and 6:30pm and rotating Saturday from 8am to 12pm
- Demonstrated previous experience in high volume call environments within either B2B or B2C organisation preferred
- Past experience in SAP highly desired but not essential
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A desire to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team
- Confident communicator with ability to multitask and prioritise
- A high level of customer service focus, energy and enthusiasm
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong computer skills in an Omni system environment including Microsoft products and willingness to learn and champion new CRM systems
- Attention to detail and quality is essential
- Punctual with a strong work ethic
