About the Role:
Answering phone and email enquiries
Liaising with internal departments to fulfil and execute requests
Invoicing, order receiving and processing
Entering, updating and reporting in the company’s internal computer system
Maintaining data integrity
Ad hoc customer service and administrative tasks as required to ensure business efficacy
About you:
Previous customer service experience
Strong computer capabilities
The desire to learn and grow and be coached
Strong written & verbal communication capabilities
Desire to work as a team player – Adaptable, Collaborative, Conscientious
