Your New Role
This opportunity will see you assisting customers with queries across their accounts as well as educating them on the bank's online self service platforms and products. You’ll enjoy getting into the details, problem solving and providing a high quality service to those you are assisting. This is a full time permanent opportunity based in their Knox office. You will be working an average of 37.5 hours a week on a rotating roster between the hours of 7am - 7.15pm Monday to Saturdays.Note this role is based in Knox however initial training will be held in Docklands.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers who have queries relating to their accounts, internet banking or products and services they have access to
- Educate customers around banking services whilst providing tailored solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer outcomes that strengthen the partnership with each customer
- Update and maintain detailed customer records
- Efficiently navigate through a variety of banking systems and tools
- Work within SLA’s
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer centric mindset
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport and create sustainable relationships with our customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work with technology across multiple platforms
- Call centre experience is desirable but not essential
