You are/have:
- Experience in a Customer service Manager role
- Managing, mentoring and training customer service officers
- Holding and planning meetings for internal staff
- Experience and or qualifications in social and community customer facing work
- Minimum of 2 years experience including experience and knowledge of HR work
- Charismatic and great at communicating with people from all walks of life
- A quick learner, with the ability to multitask, take initiative and be open to change
- Confident with computers, both creatively and logically. Ie can learn excel, photoshop and Google your way out of knowledge gaps
The role:
- Engaging with community stakeholders and ensuring efficient client relationships.
- Manage professional development and mentoring of customer service officers including giving feedback and directional support.
- Assist with recruitment and liaising with other areas of the business to ensure customer relations are maintained and services are delivered to expectations.
- Develop policies and procedures as well as review and audit existing programs and policies.
As well as:
- Assessing customer requirements and identifying, creating and implementing a tailored support programs
- Oversee the customer progress and reporting it to management and third parties
- Assisting customers to connect with internal and external services
- Business development
- Assisting management in day to day tasks

Pay: $45,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
