Our client, A global provider of premium commercial and residential floor coverings has an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Service Manager to join thier friendly and supportive team based in Wetherill Park on a full-time permanent basis.
In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are:
Handling all complaints and problems from customers
Organising and running quaterly department meetings
Managing the development of an effective customer service department
Processing customer orders via email and fax
Answering sale phone calls
Liaisling with board of management, third party distributors
To assist with any other tasks allocated
What do you need to be successful in securing this role?
Proven knowledge and experience in a similar role.
Must have SAP experience
Minimum of 5 years experience as a supervisor or management level in a customer service area
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
Must be a team player, taking an integral part in the customer service team
