- Coordination and activities to promote the marketing sector of the company
- Incoming Customer Calls and Customer Enquiries
- Support Sales and Service Team
- Coordination of Inventory
- Process customer Purchase orders, invoicing, and quotations/proposals
- Service coordination support for Medical Repair Department
- Manage Service and Maintenance Contracts
- Annual Stocktake for NSW
- Support Quality Assurance
