General duties inclued but may not be limited to: order and sales enquiries, Order entry/management/deliveries, Forecasting, Stock Management and inventory control, and Credit / RMA - returns
- Ensure customer relationship is maintained at a high level ensuring both Temperzone and Hitachi, products and services are represented in a positive and professional manner.
- Provide support to internal and external customers.
- General Customer Service to all stakeholders.
- Answering incoming enquiries relating to pricing, general sales stock.
- Processing of customer quotes and orders including custom manufacture, negotiating engineering and production lead times in accordance with internal structure policies and customer order acknowledgement.
- Reporting of any trends to Branch Manager
- Work with credit department regarding customer credit and accounts status.
- Organise deliveries and logistics with despatch
- Back order management.
- RMA / Credits / Damage claims
- Stock allocation and interstake stock transfers
- Follow company and office structure, policies and procedures.
- Customer (internal/external) conflict management
- Reviewing purchase orders and terms and conditions.
- Involvement in all sales meetings internally and externally and to provide any input when required
- Participate if required at any events such as Trade Shows including Airah, ARBS, contractor/dealer training conferences and other related industry events
- Undertake any internal or external training when required
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by working closely with all sales team members, Customer Service and logistics teams to ensure all orders are processed, managed and deliveries are met.
- Conflict resolution and complaints management.
- Collating and mailing brochures and other marketing material requested by customer, external sales team member, team lead or branch manager
- Keeping customers informed with orders and any foreseeable issues.
- Management of back order reports and updates
- Back order management of accounts, external sales engineer, team lead and manager requests.
- Handling customer request and credit issues.
- Management of customer deliveries and special requirements.
- Generating and lead enquiries and passing onto Branch Manager for actioning.
- Assisting Branch manager to build and maintain effective business relationships with clients on a day-to-day basis.
- Understand and comply with company safety and environmental policy and practice.
- Understand and demonstrate safe work practices on the job and follow standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to improving safety and environmental work practices, reporting any incidents or hazards / safety issues to your team leader and take action to resolve when appropriate.
- Act with the safety of yourself and those you work with in mind.
