Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal and external interstate stakeholders, build relationships with colleagues in a professional and proactive manner
- Liaise with contractors, trades, government departments and regulatory bodies via email and phone
- Provide reports and ensure all tasks & requests are actioned in a timely manner
- Update, maintain & ensure accurate database and CRM
- Problem solve, and escalate any queries to management
- Liaise with volunteers, build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Support on continuous improvement and efficiency recommendations
- Work as part of a small close-knit team
- Excellent customer service “can do” attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Well developed database, CRM skills & tech savvy
- Excellent relationship builder, great communicator and problem solver
- Proactive “team player” who can work independently when required
- Excellent attention to detail, results driven and able to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
- Passion for wanting to work in the "for purpose" sector
- At least 2 years of experience working in customer service environment
- Self-motivated and quick learner
- Passion for making a difference
