Looking to transition your customer service skills into a meaningful and new environment where you can learn new skills and experience? Great opportunity for “can do” customer service professional to provide a range of tasks and customer service duties working within a proactive, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal and external interstate stakeholders, build relationships with colleagues in a professional and proactive manner
• Liaise with contractors, trades, government departments and regulatory bodies via email and phone
• Provide reports and ensure all tasks & requests are actioned in a timely manner
• Update, maintain & ensure accurate database and CRM
• Problem solve, and escalate any queries to management
• Liaise with volunteers, build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Support on continuous improvement and efficiency recommendations
• Work as part of a small close-knit team

Key criteria:

• Excellent customer service “can do” attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Well developed database, CRM skills & tech savvy
• Excellent relationship builder, great communicator and problem solver
• Proactive “team player” who can work independently when required
• Excellent attention to detail, results driven and able to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
• Passion for wanting to work in the "for purpose" sector
• At least 2 years of experience working in customer service environment
• Self-motivated and quick learner
• Passion for making a difference
