Padstow Location | Parking on Site | Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm

$65,000k + Superannuation | Yearly Bonuses | Ongoing Training and Support

We are looking for a Customer Service Superstar to join a global manufacturing business that supply construction tools and products to resellers and wholesalers within the construction industry. This role will involve calls and emails around parts, price, availability, ETA's and entering orders into SAP. This role will suit someone who has a technical mindset and has worked with parts in the past.

With support, ongoing training, mentoring and an awesome yearly bonus this business looks after their staff.

Your day to day will include:

• Interacting with customers promptly and professionally via phone and email
• Processing customer product / parts orders into SAP
• Provide pricing and availability of stock
• Process distributor requests
• Provide feedback to Customer Service Manager on trends or issues relating to products, logistics or customer interactions

What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years' experience in a Customer Service role
• Being able to deal with a variety of clients in a busy role
• Experience using SAP and Salesforce is a bonus but not essential
• This role can get a little technical so technical experience is also a bonus
