As a Customer Service Officer, you will be an integral part of Studco’s Customer Service Team providing high quality and consistent service to our customers.
The Role will be primarily focused on the following;
- Local order entry, customer follow up and coordination of pickups and deliveries for the VIC branch.
- Working within the National Customer Service team to provide a seamless and consistent approach to all customers throughout the Australian business.
- Administration duties at the local branch and any other admin duties as requested.

KEY EFFECTIVENESS AREAS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities Areas:
- Handle incoming customer telephone and email enquiries.
- Monitor and process orders and quotes within Victoria and lending support to Interstate Branches.
- Provide excellent internal sales support for all the sales team including Sales Reps and the State Manager.
- Actively contribute in all Customer Service / Sales meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer contacts.
- Understand and maintain confidentiality relating to all business activities, especially relating to financial details and customer/supplier details.
Teamwork Responsibilities
- Be prepared to learn. Call out for additional assistance immediately when a question comes up that you are not highly competent in responding to.
- Be a team player. Work with the Studco Team for the good of the whole business.
- Share knowledge to actively help train and support fellow team members
- Abide by communication protocol for all Studco Team members.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Preferred knowledge:
- Know and value the need for fanatical customer service
- Experience working with ERP systems (preferred)
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
