We are on the hunt for a customer service officer to join our client's team!
Our client is one of Australia’s leading packaging and paper which is a part of Nippon Paper Group employing more than 4500 employees across Australia and New Zealand. Due to an increase in demand, we are looking to expand the team further by appointing multiple Customer Service Officers to join on day shift.

Shift Times:
Monday – Friday
9am – 5pm or 8am – 4pm
Responsibilities:
Managing customers enquires via telephone, email or walk ins
Processing of orders and delivery protocols
Sales support
Ensure accuracy of data entry with sale orders
Staying up to date with stock movement
Accounting and general administration duties
Requirements
Solid customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to operate Microsoft office and SAP
Excellent communication skills
Background experience in FMCG (desirable)
Problem solving skills
Strong time management skills
Team player and can do attitude
