The Customer Service Officer position is one of the first point of contact for our customers and one that promotes a positive image of change throughout the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder.
Our Customer Service Officers are responsible for delivering quality customer service to our internal teams and external customers. You will ensure that information is accurate, concise, timely, and in accordance with the City's best practice standards and high customer service expectations.
We are looking for someone with flair, exceptional time management skills, amazing phone etiquette, who can juggle multiple tasks and is adaptable to work within our dynamic team. Cash handling skills are not essential but beneficial. Previous customer service experience is essential. The positions we have available are one part time position at 20 hours per week ( school hours) and two casual positions is based at the Administration Building.
