A position has become available for a Customer Service Officer responsible for managing incoming enquiries regarding product warranty and troubleshooting.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Communicate with customers via the cloud-based phone system, online chat, and portals
- Answer incoming calls to assist consumers requiring technical support, service case follow-ups, and general enquiries
- Maintain KPIs as set out by your direct Manager
- Proactively provide consumers with progression updates regarding their enquiries
- Use Salesforce to manage customer enquiries and orders
- Adhere to a high standard of customer delivery
- Gain a strong understanding of the products and services provided by the company to educate and assist incoming enquiries confidently
- Ability to accurately and efficiently complete data entry relating to consumer enquiries
- Have a patient and friendly demeanour that is dedicated to customer support and assistance
- Capacity to display and work professionally and concisely when handling difficult customers
- Adhere to the company's values by working as a team with honesty, passion, and commitment
- Carry out work duties with a friendly, confident and problem-solving mentality
