PERSOLKELLY is seeking a passionate and reliable candidate to join our client in Burleigh Heads as a Customer Service Representative.

The successful applicant will work with trade customers via phone calls, emails and online order placement and management. Those with a positive attitude, attention to detail and desire to offer the best service experience, will be best suited to the assignment.

You will be dealing with a wide range of people from builders and tradesman to resellers and project managers; this fast-paced role combines inbound enquiries, customer orders and outbound order confirmations over both the phone and email.

This role is Monday-Friday, hours ranging from 7am-5pm. Paying $33.91 per hour.

To be successful in this role, you will:
Provide consistent and high-quality service standard to our customers, embedding a First Time Right culture
Be able to commit to a roster with hours ranging from 7:00am - 5:00pm
Provide solution-based outcomes with an emphasis on customer experience
Manage your own work performance to meet set objectives
Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers
Ensure business compliance to relevant governance requirements
Handle customer enquiries, orders, escalations and complaints
Schedule customer deliveries to ensure best use of warehouse capacity

Eager to learn new skills and not afraid to get involved
Adapt quickly to changing customer priorities and needs in a fast-paced environment

Have a basic understanding of building products and processes and quickly learn to provide the best customer outcomes
Understand computers and is comfortable with technology
