Convenient location in the outskirts of Newcastle (Sandgate)
Two positions are available to join a small distribution centre in Sandgate. You will join a friendly, long tenured team passionate about their role and their dynamic customer base.
Position overview
Undertake sales administration duties
Liaise with customers and ensure their needs are met
Assist with dispatch and site administration functions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes
Ensure safety, health and environmental standards are maintained
What you will need to succeed
Demonstrated experience in administration, customer service and/or internal sales
A friendly and helpful telephone manner
Sound computer skills including competency with Word and Excel (SAP experience desirable)
Focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
Strong communication skills for internal and external customers
