An ASX listed company, our client is a global telecommunications operator who provide Fixed Wireless, NBN and Opticomm services to their customers. With office locations all over Australia and a large customer base, our client is excited to welcome a number of Customer Service professionals to assist with their ongoing growth.
About the role:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in representing the company by providing outstanding customer service to Broadband customers, effectively resolving their queries and concerns over the phone.
Duties include:
- Liaising with customers via phone and email to resolve all requests within SLA's
- Troubleshooting and technical support
- Escalation of complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Recording clear, concise notes for each customer interaction
- Developing strong working relationships with key business stakeholders

- Call centre experience advantageous
- Excellent confidence and negotiation skills dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Well developed communication skills with the ability to display sensitivity, and discretion
- Computer literacy/technology skills
- Availability to work a rotating, 7-day roster between the hours of 8am - 7pm
