A large, fast-moving consumer goods Business located in Brisbane's western suburbs is seeking a customer service officer with great data entry skills to join the team on a part time basis as an ongoing temp. The role will include working roughly 20 hours over 3 days in the working week, and then working from home on Saturday and Sunday for 5 hours each day answering client queries. This would be a great opportunity for someone who is studying or is seeking better work/life balance and cannot commit to a Monday-Friday working week.
Weekend penalty rates applied.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Data entry
- Liaising with both customers and clients
- Answering customer queries
- Reading Excel spreadsheets
