B&K Consulting has partnered with a growing insurance underwriting agency that is looking to bring on a Customer Service Officer to add to their well-established, CBD based team. They are looking for a motivated worker with previous customer service experience who is looking to develop their skills in a friendly, supportive environment and modern office space.

The role

Being the first point of contact, you will service brokers through a range of enquiries. You will need to constantly stay on top of product information. On any given day you could be responsible for;
Taking inbound calls from brokers or direct customers
Processing new business and renewals
Ensuring all enquiries are managed in a timely manner
Being able to translate the products available to customers
Managing your own portfolio of activities
The role is not a high-volume environment with only 20 calls per day.
