About the Role:
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to students in relation to their enrolment and administrative requirements of the overall student lifecycle.
- Commencing Salary: $53,470 per annum plus 10.5% super and annual leave loading
- Time Fraction: 1.0 (38 hours per week)
- Position Status: Ongoing
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience in customer service or sales roles
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently and/or part of team
- Highly developed organisational and administrative skills and proficiency with a variety of software suites and databases including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to problem solve, work independently or part of a team.

- Completion of trade certificate or year 12 and demonstrated relevant experience or, equivalent relevant experience.

- Highly developed interpersonal and excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
- Highly developed organisational and administrative skills and proficiency with a variety of software suites and databases including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to prioritise tasks and troubleshoot issues, working both independently and as an integral part of a team.
