ABOUT THE ROLE
PERSOLKELLY are seeking a Customer Service Officer on behalf of our client who is in the Government Sector. The role is based in Bondi Junction. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible to provide provide admin and customer service support to the Venue Operations team.
This role would suit someone who is savvy with booking systems and MS Office.
YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Venue Operations Coordinator in assessing and responding to venue hire enquiries
Monitoring and responding to the venue hire inbox
Answering phone enquiries
Adding hires to the booking system
Providing admin support as required
Organizing mail, as well as handling verbal and written messages
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Double vaccination certificate
Community or arts/cultural venue experience would be ideal
