With multiple branches and continued growth across our business, Cash Stop - Commit Co Pty are currently looking for motivated and energetic people to join our team.
We offer a broad range of products and services such as:
- Short Term Loans.
- Cheque Cashing, Currency Exchange and Money Transfers.
- Buying, selling, and loaning on gold, jewellery, electronics and other items.
To help you succeed, we also provide a structured initial training program, as well as on-going development and training.
Note that training will be provided for this role.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Officer (CSO) your role will include:
- Building rapport with customers from all walks of life.
- Processing loans (secured and unsecured).
- Retail sales.
- Valuing, testing and researching retail items for purchase & sale.
- General administration & data entry.
We are currently looking for a CSO to work on a fulltime basis at our Cairns branch.
Typical hours will be 38 hours per week, generally across 5 days.
About You:
To be successful in obtaining this position, you will have:
- Face-to-face customer service experience.
- Cash handling experience.
- Intermediate computer skills, accurate data entry, and high level of attention to detail.
- Experience with electronics, mobile phones or jewellery is desirable.
- Confidence in managing customer expectations.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to travel to other local branches highly desirable.
