Customer Service Officer (Casual)

We are seeking a highly-motivated Customer Service Officer to join our family owned and operated car and car rental company based in Currumbin. This role will suit someone with experience in customer service who enjoys interacting with the general public and is dedicated to ensuring our customers always have a fantastic experience when hiring from us.

About the role

· Casual

· 20-30+ hours per week

· Predominantly based in our Currumbin office

Key responsibilities

This is a front-of-house role in a fast-paced service business. You will predominantly be dealing with our customers when they are picking up or returning their vehicles, which are two of the most important interactions they will have with our business. Your objective is to deliver a high standard of customer service in the most efficient way possible.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Check in and check out customers including completing paperwork, taking payments and showing customers around the vehicle

· Pick up and drop off customers from/to the airport or their accommodation

· Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to email enquiries

· Support with coordinating schedules/vehicles to help ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations

· Inspect vehicles to ensure required levels of cleanliness are met

· Other office administration tasks as required

You also must have:

Current Australian driver’s licence

Sound computer skills

Own reliable transport
