We are looking for an experienced customer service officer to efficiently handle Energisation calls and specialised queries of customers.
Customer Service Officer - Energisation
$35 per hour plus superannuation
4 months, possible extension
Perth CBD office, walking distance to train station

A State Government owned organisation have asked us for assistance in finding an experienced Customer Service Officer to assist in handling their Energisation calls and specialised queries. As the Customer Service Officer, you will be required to provide efficient first point of contact customer service advice and information to both internal & external customers to ensure agreed SLA targets are met using various corporate systems.
The Role
You will be required to:
Efficiently handle the Energisation calls and specialised queries, resolving them in a timely manner and escalating where required.
Respond to complex connection queries within the relevant energisation email box, from Electrical Contractors, Retailers, and various industry shareholders, advising of the correct Document procedures, programmes and processes to use.
Resolve problematic exception reports to enable electrical contractor's notices to reach fluidity to the end system, for inspection ratio's fruition.
Create, calculate quotes, invoices and payments received for Western power services -Tiger tails, Multi Meters and Unmetered supplies. liaising with Designers and processing through to the construction team's event.
Assist in identifying continuous improvement and innovation within the team
Share technical knowledge and information
Develop and improve own personal effectiveness
Take Fault calls monthly for an hour, to give assistance for any future storms or catastrophes of power outages, where help is needed.
Ensure knowledge is kept up to date to be able to take and respond to Energisation and fault calls where required
Role Requirements
Effective call handling skills and telephone manner
Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
Good time management and ability to prioritise.
Computer literate, able to quickly grasp the use of different systems
Partake in area Emergency Response strategies to deal with Fault Calls
