The role of a Customer Service Officer / HR Officer, is two-part. Firstly it involves a front-line customer service role, involving interaction with external customers (largely NDIS related) and the allied health team at BePositive. The position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operations of communicating with clients and ensuring their details and information is updated on the company’s data base.
The Human Resouces component of the role requires that the Officer maintain staff records, support attraction, recruitment and onboarding acitivities and facilitate the compliance in OHS and Continous Quality Improvement for all staff employed at BePositive Therapy.
A typical day could include:
-client data entry
-answering phone calls
-emailing customers
- establishing service contracts
-posting job ads
-managing LinkedIn recruit campaign
-screening applicants
-establishing interview times for management
-contacting employees in relation to compliance with certification, registration or training
