$40.50 per hour + super (rate includes 25% casual loading)
Our Customer Experience Team is at the forefront of the Council's interface with its customers. We have multiple exciting opportunities within team for experienced Customer Service Officers to work as on-call casuals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service to our customers requiring information concerning Council's products and services.
We are looking for someone who is interested in joining a highly competent team with a focus on providing high-quality support and service to its customers through meeting and exceeding their needs. You will be providing support to customers over the phone and in person at the customer service counter. Council's hours of operation are 8:15am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Your start and finish times will vary in accordance with our business need.
