Key Role Details:

• Full Time and Part Time opportunities.
• Pay Rate: From $24.76hr + Super, Penalty Rates & Incentive earnings!
• Central Robina Location (Located outside Robina Town Centre)
• Training: PAID training!
• January Start date

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Actively listening to understand customer needs, demonstrating empathy while establishing credibility and rapport
• Referring customers, where appropriate, to seek independent support
• Provide an exceptional service experience
• All other duties as directed within the scope of skills and training

Join the Robina team working in our office located right next door to Robina Town Centre. Providing you a great place to work, shop, eat and play. We are walking distance from the Robina train station, a bus stop out the front and access to free local parking nearby.
