- Join a supportive team in our Ceduna Branch
- Flexi part time role, 10 hrs per week
- Customer service role working with the local community
First up - you'll be one of the friendly faces of BankSA. We want to help all of our customers with all of their banking. Not just because it's better for business - but so they make the most of their money too. You will handle transactions and have everyday banking conversations with the customers, you will identify banking and lending needs and refer them on the relevant specialist or Mortgage Lender. Building rock-solid relationships, you'll make it clear you understand what our customers need today - and what their plans are for tomorrow.
What's in it for me?
An exciting career for starters - but that's definitely just the beginning! You'll have access to great banking, wealth and insurance products. Access to corporate discounts, paid well-being and volunteer days, and paid parental leave too.
Whatever shape your family takes, we offer generous paid and unpaid parental leave for your nominated primary and support carers. This includes leave to organise adoptions, surrogacy, and foster care arrangements. And we continue to pay your super contributions while you take all the time you need to get your new family settled.
Think that's all? Not quite - because on top of all that, you'll become part of a supportive local brand who'll be on-hand to help you grow your career in exciting new directions.
What do I need?
Some experience in customer service is a must - especially if it involved you putting your passion into making sales as well. You'll be confident to build relationships and then manage them for the long-term. And any business or financial know-how will definitely be an advantage in making exciting things happen for our customers.
What's it like to work there?
Although we're a proud part of the Westpac Group, BankSA is a distinctive brand in its own right, with its own unique culture. We're locals who love supporting locals, and we're passionate about helping all South Australian's reach their full potential. As an equal opportunity employer, we're proud to have created a culture where people can be their best, in an environment that values diversity and flexibility. And one where everyone belongs.
As part of our commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, this role is open to experienced candidates seeking a discussion around workplace flexibility. We invite candidates of all ages, people with a disability and Indigenous Australians to apply.
