Due to strong growth and expansion this leading Finance provider is seeking dynamic, enthusiastic Customer Care professionals for their Brisbane office.
A commitment to excellence and a demonstrated ability to deal with clients over the phone is essential.
You will be handling inbound calls from customers, taking details, assisting queries, and scheduling appointments.
We are ideally seeking people with the following attributes:

- Ability to build rapport and identify opportunities
- Intermediate computer skills
- Good Team Player
- Strong work ethic
In return for your enthusiasm and positive attitude, you will get the opportunity to work as part of a friendly supportive team environment. The roles are up to 3 months but there are opportunities for permanent positions within this leading Finance company.
For these positions you need to be available to work a roster between 8.00 – 6.30pm (9am to 5pm is also available) Monday to Friday.
You will have previous Call Centre experience.
