About the Role
To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant Admin/Customer Service Officer to join our Lismore office.
Duties & Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors and ensure the smooth operation of the office
Minimize outstanding debtors and reconcile debtors as necessary
Handle customer queries and accounts in a professional and timely manner
Provide customers with product, service and procedural information
Accurate new customer account setup
Process credit card payments as required
Support Operations and Sales staff
Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in administration / in-bound call centre / customer service role
Experience in credit, debtor & cash handling
A professional and friendly telephone manner as the major focus of this role is telephone based
Good attention to detail
A professional approach and positive attitude to your work
