All Aspects Recruitment and HR Services are urgently recruiting for a Customer Service Officer to work for a well-renowned client based locally in Alice Springs, NT.

Working in a very busy environment, you will be working within a mixed aged culture. Your primary role will be to:
- Respond to large amounts of incoming contacts via phone, email, fax and in person
- Maintain and promote a high standard of quality and timely customer service continually showing empathy and friendliness
- Endeavour to resolve customer & stakeholder queries on the first contact establishing a positive rapport with every customer/stakeholders
- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction and manage expectations positively
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Maintain and update customer account information with a high level of attention to detail
What we need you to have to be successful in this role:
- Demonstrated well-developed communication skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- To be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Experience managing large data files including Data Entry
- Evidence of strong customer focus to support the team in the delivery of specialised services.
- Previous experience in a similar role and a multi-functional group setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
